I schedule via phone call only for first-time visits, no exceptions. Text scheduling is optional once we've met.
I don't do email or online booking so that's why you see no option to do so.
Same day availability is offered whenever possible.
Should you have a particular date and time in mind, several days notice is best (up to a week).
